On a car drive

The light taps of rain drops,

Rhythmic wiper swish swooshing,

Pine trees standing tall against

the backdrop of grayish blue sky,

Burst of colors on trees,

come the buds of spring,

No longer naked from winter’s rasp,

Vibrant hues of green lush

carpeted on the sideways,

All wrapped in to be cozy,

The drive seems like an avenue to bliss!!
